TYPE OF OIL DELIVERY PLANS

Automatic keep-fill

This is the most convenient for all concerned.  You don't have to worry about running out of oil*, and we can fill your tank at the most efficient time according to our degree-day system.  Also, this freedom allows us to possibly fill your tank when the price is at it's lowest.

*If we do slip-up and let you run out, we will send a truck as soon as notified and pay you $20.00 for the inconvenience. 

Will call

As a Will-Call customer, you measure your own tank and call when you need oil.  You can call for a fill-up or order a specific amount. (100 gal. minimum).  This is extremely inconvenient, and you can expect to forget occasionally and run out at a most inopportune time.

SERVICE FEES

• Service during normal business hours is $60 hour per man.

• Service after hours until 10:00 pm and on Sun is $75 hour.

• Service after 10:00 pm is $100 hour.

• After the 1st hour all charges are in increments of 15 min.

• Non-Customers add $25 to the above fees.

Please realize that our after-hours charges are based on law.  We have to pay over-time and double-time, which drives these high prices.  And, it is only fair  to the Service men.

TYPES OF PAYMENT PLANS

Open Account

When fuel or service is provided, you are invoiced and have 10 days in which to make payment. This Plan is for oil fill-ups or service work only (not 100 gal. orders).  Credit is extended for convenience only, not as a marketing incentive 

Budget Payment Plans

We estimate your annual fuel cost and break it down into 12 monthly payments (June-May). Your payment will be based on your fuel consumption.  There are no carrying charges.

Automatic Bank Draft Payment Plan

This plan is designed to be as convenient as possible. With your authorization, funds for either your Budget or regular delivery payment are automatically transferred from your checking or CC account to your Pegram account. 

Security Deposit Account

This account was designed for the person who does not have sufficient credit history but prefers the privileges of a charge account. Minimum deposit is $200.

Payment at Time of Service

Fuel or service will be provided if you pay at time of service with cash, check, phone check,  money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover, all over the phone if you prefer.
